Locally owned Townsville workshop that supplies and maintains a full range of machinery and mechanical services to the mining, government and industrial sectors is currently seeking an energetic and proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills to join our team.
This busy and diverse role will see you undertaking a broad range of administrative duties with minimal supervision.
Administration tasks:
Counter sales and invoicing.
Telephone enquiries.
General administration and support tasks
Assist in scheduling and quoting of equipment maintenance and project work.
Arrange purchase orders, pack and send parts.
The Successful Candidate will have:
Previous experience in an administrative role preferably within a service department or workshop.
Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience required.
Exceptional customer service with a customer focused attitude.
Effective communication skills and the ability to prioritise work.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all administration tasks
Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
Valid Car licence (C class) required.
