Customer Experience Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has excellent communication skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Client Engagement: Engage with prospective or existing clients over the phone or in-person to build strong relationships and provide personalized support.
* Administrative Support: Assist our care teams with administrative duties, including booking appointments, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
* Social Event Planning: Organize and attend social events for our clients, such as lunches, outings, and craft afternoons, to help them make meaningful connections with other seniors in their community.
* Office Administration: Provide general office administration support, including printing, scanning, and assisting with client and caregiver communication.
* Office Maintenance: Perform routine office maintenance tasks, including ensuring PPE and promotional material stocks are maintained, and keeping the office tidy.
