About the Role

As our Administration Assistant, you'll be a vital part of the team ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, you'll provide support across job management, accounts, scheduling, and customer service. You don't need trade industry experience — we'll provide training and ongoing support.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Being the first point of contact for clients and suppliers (phone, email, visitors).

- Updating and tracking tasks in Tradify and Monday.com.

- Assisting with accounts admin (purchase orders, invoices, payroll timesheets).

- Supporting scheduling of jobs and following up on documentation.

- Maintaining accurate records and helping improve systems and processes.

- Providing general admin support to the team and General Manager.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Bright, friendly, and professional in communication.

- Highly organised, detail-focused, and reliable.

- Proactive and eager to learn new systems and skills.

- Able to work independently while being a strong team player.

- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Competent with basic Microsoft Excel skills including data entry.

- Keen to grow into more responsibility over time.

- Authorised to work in Australia.

What We Offer

- $45,000 – $55,000 + super (depending on experience).
