About the Opportunity
PARC Engineering is seeking a proven Senior Commercial & Contracts Manager to lead and support project teams across multiple infrastructure and construction projects. You will own contract administration, claims management, project controls alignment, and commercial closeout, while building and guiding a high-performing commercial team. This is a key leadership role for a commercially savvy professional with contractor-side experience on major construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead commercial strategy and execution across several concurrent projects
* Oversee Head Contract compliance, notices, variations, EOTs, and remeasurement claims
* Manage and mentor a team of commercial professionals
* Support project teams with contract interpretation, risk management, and commercial decision-making
* Administer and negotiate subcontract agreements through to closeout
* Align commercial reporting with cost control and forecasting processes
Role Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Law, QS, Engineering or Construction Management
* 5+ years in a senior commercial/contracts role on the contractor side
* Strong claims, negotiation, and contract administration experience
* Solid grasp of project controls, forecasting and cashflow
* Effective communicator and team leader, confident working across multiple projects and stakeholders
