Responsibilities
* Working closely with the Store Manager to ensure that targets and KPIs are met and exceeded
* In the absence of the Store Manager, leading the team independently to set and achieve goals
* Overseeing the daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management
Qualifications
* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team – you’ll be your team's number 1 hype person and your Store Manager’s right hand
* Strong alignment with our brand and organisational values
* A can‑do attitude, a willingness to learn and natural leadership skills
* A desire to bring their personal best to every shift and get the best of others
* Own reliable form of transport
* Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not a deal‑breaker – at Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
