Are you a Campaign & Customer Automation Manager with at least 3 years' experience who excels at supporting a business in driving Marketing Automation activities in marketing and campaign delivery?

The role will work with key stakeholders to develop, maintain, monitor, and enhance automation and dynamic personalisation projects throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.
Key to this role will be to implement, socialise and support an automation framework the business can use to advance its automation and dynamic capabilities across engagement functions.
The role will use advanced tools and leading project methodology to increase the speed to market of automation work.
**Deliverables**:
- Support the company's marketing team by advancing the use of automation within their communication strategies.
- Support the CRM team's advance of marketing automation activities through the development of data assets which facilitate trigger-based marketing.
- Support the CRM team's use of dynamic content and personalised communication through automation.
- Advance the analytics expansion in/out of Adobe Analytics through the end-to-end engagement lifecycle.
- Support personalisation and advance dynamic capabilities through the use of JavaScript.
- Cross-functional team facilitator (scrum master) to advance the adoption of automation across the business.
- Support the optimisation of connected customer experiences and conversion through cross-channel test and learn strategies.
- Identify opportunities for business activities to drive increased customer experience and/or revenue. Deliver analytics and insights which enable L&K Marketing to improve products, channels and customer experience.
- Create automated and dynamic assets to support the business use of automation.
- Investigate new data sources and work closely with the CRM team and BI to make the data available for CRM and Marketing activities.
**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum BA / BS in a relevant field including Statistics, Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in data analysis or campaign analyst role (specific experience in CRM or customer analytics preferred);
- Experience with Structured Query Languages (SQL) or SAS language, including relational databases;
- Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Campaign experience preferred;
- Experience working in Agile team/environments;
- Proven customer advocate;
- Open communicator who has proven experience in providing structured feedback and analysis;
- Understanding of JavaScript language;
- Understanding of Adobe Audience Manager or a similar tool;
- Organized with an ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities;
- Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to communicate analytical and technical concepts with confidence and in an easy-to-understand fashion to a non-technical audience.
