Role Purpose
Are you a passionate leader who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences? As a valued member of our Leadership Team, you will work alongside a supportive and enthusiastic hotel team dedicated to excellence across our diverse and vibrant venues.
From the bold, innovative flavours at our Asian fusion restaurant Paper Crane, to the lively and welcoming atmosphere at Rocco and the premium seafood and rum experiences at Calypso Club, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service every single time.
In this role, you will lead, develop and motivate a large and diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and genuine hospitality. You will oversee daily operations, coach team members and champion our commitment to quality and service standards.
