Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and providing them with an exceptional customer experience.
This full-time opportunity exists for someone who has strong attention to detail, drive, and excellent negotiation and selling skills. You will be reporting to the Direct Sales & Schools Manager and will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets through the sourcing of leads and product sales within a specific geographic area to promote brand awareness.
Your main objective will be to form strong relationships with clients to generate future business and maintain accurate client information including phone call cycles, email updates and mailing lists. You will also be required to liaise with educators and product managers to provide relevant product information and educational knowledge to customers.

Requirements:

* Strong experience providing customer service face to face and online
* Well developed organisational skills with an attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
