It is a warm and welcoming aged care facility where our Nurses deliver specialised, high quality nursing care to older Victorians in our residential homes and in client homes in our local communities.The After Hours Manager (AHM) is responsible for the effective management and oversight of the local service after hours in the absence of the Residential Services Manager.
