About the role
Must have experience with load restraints. A rare opportunity at our Nathan Road site, you'll be accountable for the safe loading, training warehouse teams and drivers, managing compliance records, and leading a safety‐first culture. Day shift: 5 am – 1 pm.
Responsibilities
* Safe loading and delivery of customer orders
* Train warehouse teams and drivers in Load Restraint and safe loading
* Maintain Driver Log Books, BFM records and run Load Restraint courses
* Routine trailer audits (min. 3/week) and weekly Driver Toolboxes
* Report and resolve safety hazards via Noggin
Qualifications
* Experience in transport, logistics or warehouse operations
* Strong knowledge of Load Restraint requirements
* BFM accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
* Proactive communicator who takes ownership
