Operations and Service Delivery Manager
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a seasoned Operations and Service Delivery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our business. This key role is responsible for driving team performance, managing daily scheduling, job allocation, and technician performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a systems mindset. They will work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure seamless workflow from booking to completion and identify inefficiencies to propose solutions and implement scalable systems.
This full-time position requires a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The successful candidate must have previous leadership or operational management experience and a valid driver's license.
The role offers guaranteed base pay, performance-based revenue share, mentorship, and progression opportunities into senior operations and management roles as the company grows.
