**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking dedicated and empathetic **Care Service Employees** to join our **SCC Tweed Heads** team. As a Care Service Employee, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents and clients. This role involves assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and promoting the well-being of those in our care.
This is a part time and full-time role. The pay rate is at $29.76 - $30.11 (depending on experience) per hour plus not for profit benefits and superannuation.
The role is located at SCC Tweed Heads: 1-9 Blundell boulevard Tweed Heads South NSW 2486

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting residents and clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting individuals with mobility and transportation needs.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to promote social engagement.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as required.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and clients.
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in the individual's condition to the appropriate personnel.
- ** Qualifications**:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in aged care or disability support is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
