About the Role:
Our Federal Government Client, the Australian Federal Police, is seeking a Technical Transition Change Manager. This is a long-term contract role for an initial 36 months, located onsite in Canberra (ACT). Remote or flexible arrangements may be considered at the discretion of the client.
As the selected candidate, you will:
1. Lead and execute large-scale technology and organisational change initiatives
2. Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies
3. Design and deliver communication, training and stakeholder engagement plans
4. Conduct change readiness assessments and impact analysis
5. Develop risk treatment plans and mitigation strategies
6. Monitor adoption, business readiness and benefits realisation
7. Align multiple concurrent change initiatives with organisational priorities
8. Provide expert advice on change management methodologies and best practice
9. Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
10. Support business units through digital and technology transformation
11. Collaborate closely with project teams, executives and operational stakeholders
12. Maintain documentation in line with AFP requirements
