As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Digital and eCommerce Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing (Always On / Commercial), this role plays a key part in bringing KIC's always-on marketing strategy to life across app, retail and e-commerce. You'll help execute marketing activity across trade, growth and lifecycle initiatives that drive acquisition, retention and revenue.
What you'll be doing Always-On Marketing
* Support execution of always-on marketing strategies across app, retail and e-commerce.
* Coordinate trade, growth and lifecycle marketing activity across the business.
* Manage integrated marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
* Support commercial partner campaigns from planning through to delivery.
* Optimise customer touchpoints to drive engagement, retention and conversion.
Growth & Performance
* Support growth initiatives across acquisition, activation and retention.
* Work with paid and organic channels to test and scale campaigns.
* Monitor key performance metrics including conversion, CAC, LTV and retention.
* Contribute to experimentation initiatives such as A/B testing and funnel optimisation.
Retail & E-commerce
* Support seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional activity across retail and DTC channels.
* Work with the eCommerce Coordinator on trading calendars and campaign coordination.
* Monitor metrics such as conversion, repeat purchase rate and AOV.
CRM, Lifecycle & Retention
* Support planning and delivery of lifecycle communications and CRM campaigns.
* Assist with content scheduling and performance tracking for The Ritual.
* Help implement lifecycle triggers, segmentation and communication flows.
* Assist with marketing performance reporting and campaign insights.
* Support marketing budget tracking and spend monitoring.
* Work closely with teams across Product, Content, Paid, Operations and Customer Support, as well as external marketing partners.
What we're looking for
* 3–4 years experience in marketing, growth or commercial marketing within a consumer-facing business.
* Experience supporting always-on marketing activity such as CRM, lifecycle or retention programs.
* Strong organisational and coordination skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
* Familiarity with marketing performance metrics such as conversion, engagement and retention.
* A proactive and collaborative working style with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
* Experience in wellness, fitness, lifestyle, retail or subscription-based brands.
* Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Braze or similar lifecycle tools.
* Interest in customer behaviour, retention and long-term customer value.
