Renier Group is seeking a motivated Excavator/Front End Loader Operator to join our team at our Camellia site in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate excavators and front-end loaders to move, load, and sort waste and recyclable materials
* Work within restricted operating areas while adhering to safety protocols and minimising risks
* Conduct pre-start safety checks and ensure equipment is maintained in good working condition
* Communicate effectively using two-way radios with truck drivers, spotters, and other team members
* Load skip bins, trucks, efficiently while ensuring balanced and stable loads
* Experience with 4 in 1 bucket would be advantageous
* Experience with excavator grabs would be advantageous
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, free of hazards and debris
* Follow site safety procedures and comply with relevant WHS regulations
* Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as refueling, cleaning, and reporting faults
* Contribute to Renier Group's environmental goals by minimising waste spillage and ensuring proper handling of recyclable materials
* Accurately log operational activities, including load details and equipment inspections
* Collaborate with other operators and attend safety meetings and toolbox talks to stay up to date on procedures
About You:
* Previous experience operating excavators and/or front-end loaders is preferred, but not essential. We are willing to train the right candidate.
