Key Responsibilities:
* We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Clinical Care Coordinator who can conduct intake and assessments, including risk assessments, care treatment planning, care coordination with internal and external services, and provide brief psychological intervention.
* The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in practical application of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice in mental health and alcohol and drug use.
Requirements:
* Fully registered with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, OR eligible for AASW registration/eligibility as a Social Worker.
* Experience working in the mental health field, with a strong understanding of theoretical underpinning of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice.
* Highly developed communication (including written) and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage with people, advocate on their behalf and establish effective relationships.
