This senior role involves working closely with the Centre Director, providing support and collaborating on day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will lead teams, mentor educators, and contribute to centre management tasks.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Centre Director in the overall management of the centre.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to educators, focusing on professional development and excellence in teaching practices.
* Lead room teams as a Team Leader, fostering strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
* Float across various rooms to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high-quality standards.
* Engage in non-contact time for centre management tasks, including rostering, team development, and compliance.
* Contribute to performance management and foster a positive workplace culture.
* About You:
* Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within early childhood education.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Passionate about mentoring and guiding educators to achieve their full potential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
