At CHW we provide drinking water, sewerage, trade waste and recycled water services to residents and businesses in the Central Highlands region of Victoria. The opportunity
The primary objectives of the position are to
* Ensure Change of Ownerships are handled efficiently and effectively
* Ensuring the collection of CHW is maintained through accurate handling of account changes including meter connections
* Provide advice and support to the billing and customer services team
* Maintain customer and property details for pre-billing processes and provide/process information for customers in relation to metering matters.
* Maintaining a high standard of consistency and efficiency of all metering functions
About you

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Experience in metering services in a relevant business or similar public sector organisation.
* Extensive knowledge and skills gained from on the job training
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of computer systems and applications.
* Current Victorian Driver's Licence
