The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a professional credit analyst who is a qualified chartered accountant or nearing completion and seeking a rewarding and well-paid career transition into mortgage broking.
The successful candidate will be mentored directly by the director (chartered accountant) and supported through a structured pathway to become a fully fledged mortgage broker.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse client financial information and develop high-quality credit submissions
* Build and maintain a strong understanding of Australian lending policy and credit frameworks for residential and commercial finance.
* Support brokers with loan structuring, servicing calculations, and lender submissions
* Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Liaise professionally with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders
* Manage applications from initial enquiry through to settlement
* Develop a strong credit foundation as part of the broker career pathway
* Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and trust
About You
* Chartered Accountant qualified or near completion (CA / CPA or equivalent)
* Strong communication skills and confident client-facing presence
* High level of integrity and trustworthiness
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
* Motivated to build a long-term career in mortgage broking and financial services
