Job Description
Our Customer Solutions team delivers a positive multi-channel customer experience through the effective fulfilment of orders and resolution of customer queries.
The role will allow you to grow and will keep you engaged.

Responsibilities :
* Ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders and effective resolution of issues
* Provide customers with timely responses to digital, social, chat and telephone-based requests and effective resolution of complaints
* Manage third party sales and payment channel enquiries and facilitate the resolution of issues
* Identify and escalate any website defects to trigger corrections and reduce reputational risk or financial loss
* Escalate issues in line with established processes and provide information and input for business investigations, as required
* Work closely with stores and other teams to facilitate resolution of issues, as required
Qualifications
* Must be able to work on a rotating roster (public holidays and weekend work will be required)
* Proven customer service skills and customer service experience
* Ability to multitask and follow processes
* Ability to work well within a team environment
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Intermediate computer and numerical skills required
* The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
