Salary: $90,000 + Super

My client is renowned high volume, high end restaurant in Melbourne and they're looking for a General Manager to oversee the operations

The Role:
· Fully accountable for the operational performance of this high end restaurant
· Working in a fast-paced environment with strong structure and service ethic
· Leading teams from 10 to 15 people at one time
· The role is a very 'hands on' position where they would be expected to be creating a fun environment with good working culture
· Train and develop your team to the brand standards set by the company
· Ensure fantastic customer service at all times
The Person
· You MUST come from a high end, high volume background
· You will be a fun, friendly and outgoing General Manager
· You must genuinely enjoy working in a Quality service environment
· Will be full of passion and drive, successfully exceeds standards and goals
