About the role
Role Location : Fremantle, Western Australia
Role Type : Casual-> Fulltime
Shift : Day and Night shifts available
Duties
- Efficient operation of prime movers fromin metropolitan area delivering to Qube Logistics customer base in the Perth metro area
- Complete all necessary associated documentation
- Take good care of vehicles / plant under your care
- Ensure compliance with all safety, fatigue, heavy vehicle operating guide lines, loading requirements, axle weights, adhering to vehicle specific permits
- Operate hand held PDA units, tablet devise and any other systems as requires & provided
About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;
- Multi-Combination (MC) Drivers License
- MISC license
- B-double and Road Train Experience essential
- Load restraint experience preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of applicable Commonwealth / State Safety and Environmental legislation and standards, Main Road Heavy vehicle legislation and permitting standards
- Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution
- Ability to work well within a small team environment
