This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working 28 hours per week across split shifts, Monday to Friday: Before School Care: 6:00am – 9:00am After School Care: 2:30pm – 6:00pm Block shifts during school holidays between 6:00am – 6:00pm Why Join JAG? You’ll travel between services, stepping in where support is needed most, leading teams, maintaining high-quality program delivery, and creating positive experiences for children, families, and educators. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting services with daily operations and leadership coverage Leading and mentoring teams of Educators Delivering engaging programs including sports, STEM, creative arts, cooking, and wellbeing activities Managing compliance, safety, and operational standards Building positive relationships with children, families, schools, and team members Supporting services to achieve strong quality and assessment outcomes Assisting with roster management, administration, and program planning You will be working across the following services: Tamborine Mountain Cedar Creek Windaroo South Rock
