Receptionist (Part-Time) – Blue Mountains Clinic | Winmalee
We are a well-established psychology clinic located in Winmalee, seeking a warm, organised, and reliable Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in being organised, and thrives in a supportive, professional environment.
Position Details:
- Part-time: 3 days per week
- Approximately 5 hours per day
- Location: Winmalee (Blue Mountains)
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client bookings and enquiries (phone, email, and in-person)
- Coordinating and maintaining psychologists' calendars
- Welcoming clients and creating a positive first impression
- General administrative duties and practice support
- Assisting with day-to-day clinic operations
About You:
- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred (medical/allied health highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Australian citizenship required for this position
