What You Will Do:_**
Daily you will be working with a small team, with the resources of a large international broadcast company. You will be responsible, as part of your training, to help the Technical Manager with the efficient organisation and management of the assigned TV Broadcast Operational Unit Crew and Equipment. As well as providing Technical Specifications for Field or Studio based projects.
Applicants must have a positive attitude, be able to work to explicit deadlines, have the ability to pick up new concepts in a rapid manner and work closely with colleagues for long periods of time.

Key Duties:_**
- Coordinate and supervise all TV Broadcast Operational Unit Crew allocated to projects
- Provide Technical information to crew detailing client's expectations and ensure strong lines of communication with all stakeholders
- Complete thorough pre-project planning and preparation, including required documentation.
- Ensure all internal and external facilities allocated to upcoming projects are serviceable and presented in a professional manner, including visible NEP branding.
- Submit thorough Technical Manager Reports immediately post project.
- Provide technical support to the Project Managers in the preparation of projects, attending project Schedule meetings as required.
- Liaise with the National Resources department to ensure prime facilities are available for projects with due regard for the timely preparation and return of the facilities.
- Provide consultation to clients in the identification of appropriate methods and equipment requirements for their productions.
- Adherence to Work Flow Rules and Processes in the preparation and execution of projects.
- Develop and manage positive client relationships for the continued improvement of service quality.
- Provide reports for field testing of new technology and equipment.
**_What You Will Need:_**
- Studies in media/broadcast/television desired but not compulsory.
- Prior experience in the broadcast television industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to multi-task several priorities and possess solid time management skills.
- Collaborate with managers, engineers, and clients on projects and ideas to ensure the consistency and high availability of the communication infrastructure.
- Must be willing and able to travel, if and as necessary.
- Technical support background is a plus.

This is a full-time role, where interstate and international travel may be required. Working regularly on weekends is also necessary. This position is based in Brisbane, Australia.
