As a valued member of our team, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional grooming services to a range of breeds
* Creating a positive and memorable experience for all customers and their dogs
* Coordinating the grooming salon and clients with the Store Manager
* Making client bookings and managing stock efficiently
* Supporting the shop floor team when required
We are looking for someone who is physically fit, has experience in professional dog grooming, and holds a qualification in Grooming (preferably). You should also have good knowledge of specific breed clips, demonstrated experience in handling live animals, and the ability to create and embed strong safety practices across the salon and store.

What We Need…
* Experience in professional dog grooming
* Qualification in Grooming, preferred but not essential
* Ability to create and embed strong safety practices
* Good knowledge of specific breed clips
* Physically fit
* Demonstrated experience in handling and working with live animals
* Ensure you maintain breed clip and brand/product knowledge
* Maintain advanced understanding of zoonotic and skin diseases and how to identify them
* Ability to be flexible in order to meet changing work conditions
* Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities
* Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
* A commitment to represent the interests of Petstock
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build strong working and customer relationships
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
