WA Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Mental Health (After Hours) for a Permanent-Part time appointment at Bentley Health Service.

Unit/Division: East Metropolitan Health Service - Bentley Health Service
This position is responsible for the delivery of quality patient care and leadership within their specialty, supervising the delivery of quality patient care out of hours and supporting the ward-based Nurse Unit Manager.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively to improve the quality of patient care and promote desired outcomes in the patient population requiring mental health management and care. As a senior nurse, this position has professional accountability to the Coordinator of Nursing- Mental Health and provides mentorship and role modelling for nurses.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver quality patient care and leadership within their specialty.
* Supervise the delivery of quality patient care out of hours.
* Develop standards of practice and implement changes to clinical practice.
* Provide education to staff and initiate research and quality improvement activities.
Requirements:
* Valid working visa or Australian citizenship/permanent residency.
* Ability to undertake a criminal records screening and integrity checking.
* Ability to work with children check (if required for the role) and pre-employment health assessment.
