This is an opportunity for someone who is hardworking, to be the backbone of this sales team of 4, end to end admin & operations work supporting a busy director who needs someone who can nail their admin & organisation for them
**The Role**:
On a daily basis, your duties will include:
- Manage & organise 4 agents who are hopeless with admin
- Communication with solicitors during the sales process
- Liaising with the marketing team
- Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material and agent branding
- Prepare and attend proposals, presentations and auctions
- Manage the exchanges and settlements process
- Preparing for open homes
**This role will eventually progress into operations or office management as this agency grows.**

- Ability to manage a busy workload with high-end clientele - you will be working on multi-million dollar listings
- Be able to be the back bone of a busy team of agents
- Must have driver's license & car
- Must be extremely well presented
