We are launching an exciting new bakery division within our thriving café in Logan, and we're searching for an exceptionally talented Head Pastry Chef to lead the way. What We're Looking For:
A highly experienced pastry chef with a proven track record in high-end or high-volume baking
Deep expertise in artisan breads, croissants, French and Middle Eastern pastries, brownies, cookies, celebration cakes, and more
Creative flair with immaculate presentation skills
Strong leadership and the ability to build and guide a small pastry team
A passion for innovation — we want to push the boundaries of what a café bakery can offer
