* Identifying, analysing and documenting business services, including process models and detailed specifications
* Conduct market research and assess service demand, volumes, and operational needs
* Plan and lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and client consultations
* Develop cost models, perform feasibility and options analysis across sourcing approaches
* Assess operational impacts, prepare total cost projections, and support organisational change
* Produce high-quality reports, present findings, and provide actionable recommendations
Qualifications
* 610 years experience in a commercial or consulting environment
* Proven experience in business analysis, process review, or advisory work
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and encourage open dialogue
* High level of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
