Wide Bay Gymnastics Club – the largest gymnastics facility on the Fraser Coast – is searching for an enthusiastic, driven individual to join our team as Club Manager and/or Head Coach! Located in the rapidly growing city of Hervey Bay on the Fraser Coast, our club offers a diverse range of programs, including Tiny Tots to Level 10 WAG and MAG, FreeG, Adults, and Recreational Classes, with plans to expand into other disciplines.
Our club is in an exciting growth phase – we’re redefining how we serve our community, building from a clean slate with Olympic-standard equipment and access to technical consultancy support. You’ll play a key role in shaping the club’s future while enjoying the benefits of a laid-back coastal lifestyle.

As Club Manager and/or Head Coach, you will:
1. Oversee all club operations and develop and implement strategies with the Executive Committee
2. Manage and report on club finances in collaboration with the Treasurer
3. Lead, mentor, and inspire coaches and staff to deliver exceptional programs
4. Build strong relationships with parents, athletes, volunteers, and the broader community
5. Supervise the development and safe delivery of all gymnastics programs
6. Coordinate staff rosters and ensure excellent customer service at the front desk
7. Ensure compliance with club policies and industry safety standards
8. Drive club promotion, outreach, and community engagement
9. Oversee suppliers and contractors to ensure value for money
10. Be hands-on in growing a strong, inclusive, and positive club culture
We’re after a motivated leader who:
* Has experience in gymnastics coaching (WAG/MAG preferred) and/or club management
* Thrives in a team environment and enjoys mentoring others
* Is confident managing finances, schedules, and operational priorities
* Communicates effectively and fosters a positive, supportive club culture
* Is ready to roll up their sleeves and help shape a club from the ground up
