* Lead your own room and manage a team of Educators to achieve optimal results.
* Collaborate with Centre Leadership Teams and Educational Leaders to ensure cohesive strategies.
* Maintain a commitment to safety and inclusivity in the development of learning experiences.
Our childcare centre features five well-designed rooms, accommodating up to 75 children daily, providing an ideal environment for growth and development.
* A Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) is essential for this role.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards is required.
