Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a CASUAL Specialist Sales Consultant (approx 15 hours per week) in our Wollongong store. Must be available weekends and weekday afternoons
In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting our customers with their workwear needs, ensuring they receive the best products and service possible. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding sales assistance and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Provide expert advice on workwear products, ensuring customers find suitable options, full training provided
* Assist with sizing and fitting of garments
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
* Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
* Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Requirements:
* Previous retail experience is desired, preferably in a similar role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Computer literacy is a must, including proficiency in basic software programs
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends
* Knowledge of workwear and safety gear is an advantage, but not mandatory
* A proactive and positive attitude towards customer service
