About the role:
We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our fun and supportive team in our Carrara Pharmacy!

• Part-time role available, approx. 24 hours.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm

Duties:
• Deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently processing sales at the pharmacy counter;
• Offer helpful, non-therapeutic advice and product recommendations to support customer wellbeing;
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help deliver a range of pharmacy services;
• Take ownership of stock management, including replenishment and merchandising;
• Build positive relationships by managing customer expectations with care and professionalism.
Skills and Experience:
• Previous retail and customer service experience preferred;
• S2/S3 certification valued but not required;
• Confident with EFTPOS, POS systems, and cash handling;
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude;
• No pharmacy experience needed - full training provided!
