Qualifications
* Experience in a kitchen/cooking role within a busy hospitality setting.
* Experience leading and developing a team.
* Ability to understand, interpret and explain key kitchen financial performance indicators, including cost of goods, labor costs and wastage.
* Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience.
* Sound understanding of food safety concerns.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
