Account Manager - Office Furniture & Fit-Outs | Gold Coast
Your current company
Our client supplies and installs premium commercial and home office furniture and delivers end-to-end fit-outs across Australia. Join a successful and well-established national sales team to deliver consistent growth and outstanding service across the Gold Coast territory. You will be managing both B2B and B2C client relationships-nurturing existing accounts, re-engaging lapsed clients, and converting new opportunities. Your role will span the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to seamless handover to project managers and post-sale follow-up, while maintaining showroom excellence and executing orders with precision.
Your new role
- Grow and manage an existing portfolio of clients in the commercial office furniture space.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth.
- Develop new business by identifying potential clients, attending site visits, and client meetings.
- Preparing and conducting compelling client quotes and proposals
- Provide high-quality consultative sales solutions, aligning our client's furniture offerings and client's needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences from consultation to installation.
- Working and networking with builders, designers, and project managers.
- Stay up to date on product innovations, trends, and competitors to provide clients with the best solutions.
- Maintain accurate daily updates in the pipeline, work with reliable forecasts, and actively contribute to sales meetings.
- Provide accurate quotes, communicate ETAs clearly, and ensure seamless handovers to project management and delivery teams.

What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, ideally within the commercial furniture, building, property services, or construction industries.
- A high level of communication, negotiation and B2B sales skills
- Account Management experience - growing established accounts & inbound sales
