Why the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary with 3‐5 years experience to support our dynamic Adelaide office. The successful candidate will be employed on a full‐time basis joining our support team.

What does a standard week look like?

* Document management (organisation and filing on electronic files)
* Management of billing process, including e‐billing
* Entering disbursements and sundry accounts (Elite3E)
* Client reporting
* Drafting court documents, court filing, arranging service of documents
* Arranging couriers
* Compiling e‐briefs to counsel and other experts
* Word processing
* Drafting, editing and despatching letters
* Drafting and submitting relevant Medicare / Centrelink forms
* Arranging medical appointments
* Opening and closing files
* Arranging interstate travel
