Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the distribution centre, ensuring warehouse, logistics, and stock management activities run safely and efficiently.
This is a hands‐on leadership role, requiring you to actively support daily warehouse activities while driving productivity, stock accuracy, and service performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
* Lead and coordinate the warehouse team, including workforce planning and performance management
* Maintain stock accuracy, including stocktakes and cycle counts
* Ensure compliance with WHS and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
* Oversee dispatch and delivery performance to meet DIFOT targets
* Identify and implement operational improvements and cost efficiencies
* Maintain plant, equipment, and safe warehouse operations
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Proven experience managing warehouse or distribution centre operations
* Strong leadership and team management capability
* Hands‐on approach with strong organisational and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Relevant qualification in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain (or equivalent experience)
* WHS knowledge, Forklift Licence and Driver's Licence
* Chain of Responsibility (CoR) knowledge preferred

Casual Loading
