As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative, financial and customer services support for the daily running of our regional office. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining office systems and procedures, administration work programs, filing, banking, wages and salary allocations, and assisting regional staff in administrative matters.
The successful candidate will have experience in office procedures, records management and administrative functions. You will also be proficient in the use of personal computers, including word processing and spreadsheet packages. In addition, you will have experience in financial management, including working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable, financial systems and understanding of a general ledger system.
