Operations Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join our team in Penrith, NSW. This is a key role that will lead the outbound logistics operations at our coolroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 4 direct reports and approximately 50 indirect reports across the site to deliver effective, efficient, and agile Warehouse Operations.
* Oversee service delivery, quality, and cost performance metrics to meet operational targets.
* Collaborate with manufacturing, transport, and logistics teams across NSW/ACT to drive network excellence.
* Identify and implement value-creation opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.

Experienced in FMCG warehousing operations and passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.
Background in safety systems & programs, cold chain compliance metrics, and vendor management.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and effective communication across diverse teams.
