Occupational Therapist – New Graduate or Early Career
Adelaide-based role offering structured mentoring, a varied caseload, and clear career pathways. Open to new graduates or clinicians with 1–2 years of experience. Full-time, part-time, or casual with grad-friendly mentorship.
From across-the-lifespan therapy to driving assessments, functional capacity evaluations (FCEs), assistive technology (AT), home modifications, capacity building and goal setting, you'll find variety without being overwhelmed. You'll be supported by an experienced Lead OT and a tight-knit team who care about your development as much as client outcomes.

Team & Lead OT
Join a diverse team working across paediatrics, adult care, aged care and community settings. The team focuses on driver rehabilitation, falls prevention, home mods and AT prescription. They take a proactive, compassionate approach and support OT growth with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver person-centred OT services across the lifespan
* Conduct assessments (FCA, driving, home mods, AT) and develop tailored therapy plans

* Maintain clear, compliant clinical documentation
What You'll Need
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Driver's licence, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
* Commitment to client-centred care and best practice
