Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Employer Relationship Coordinator to join our team. As an Employer Relationship Coordinator, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local employers.
Your primary responsibility will be to leverage industry knowledge to connect with the right employer groups, achieve successful partnerships, and contribute to the goals of the employment service industry through lead generation.
You will work closely with job seekers, employers, and team members to provide coaching and advice on labour market trends, helping them make informed decisions about their career paths.
Additionally, you will attend expos and events to promote our services and establish new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A driver's license is essential, and travel costs will be covered.
