Video Submission Requirements
To be considered, please submit a 2‑3 minute Loom video introducing yourself and answering the following questions:
* Show us 1‑2 performance creatives you have produced. What was your role and what made them work?
* Walk us through your ideation process for hooks, angles, and scripts.
* Meta ads today are all about creative. What trends or formats do you think are working best right now and why?

About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Creative Lead who loves the game of creating, testing, and iterating content that actually converts.
You will not be one of many. You will be the engine behind all our paid social creative, the person who turns ideas into ads, ads into data, and data into results.
If you live for scripting, directing talent, trying new creative angles, and pushing out high‑volume content that gets picked up by Meta, you will thrive here.
This is not a videographer role. This is creative direction, concept development, and managing the people who produce the content.
What You Will Own
* The entire creative pipeline for Meta ads
* Ideation, scriptwriting, and angle development
* Directing talent (founders, actors, customers)
* Managing videographers and editors (we supply them)
* Planning and organizing shoot days
* Fast turnaround on creative variations
* Constant testing to find winners, scale them, and replace them
* This role is perfect for someone who thrives in UGC, direct response creative, TikTok and Meta ads, or has an ecom or performance mindset.
What You Bring
* Proven experience with performance creative, UGC, or direct response style ads
* Strong creative instinct for hooks, angles, and story structure
* Ability to direct talent confidently
* Understanding of what Meta picks up, favours, and suppresses
* Comfortable producing quantity and quality at pace
* Based in Melbourne (2 days in office, 3 days WFH)
* A portfolio that shows your best ads, not brand fluff
* Bonus if you have worked in ecommerce, lead generation, paid social content studios, UGC pipelines, or short‑form ads.
