We are seeking a skilled Manager, Estate Services, to lead a high-performing team responsible for our property portfolio, including leasing, housing, disposals, space planning, and art collection management.
This is a leadership role where you will contribute to master planning, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of professionalism and accountability.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the University to deliver estate services that enhance the experience of students, staff, and visitors.
The position requires significant experience in commercial estate or property management, preferably within a complex, multi-site environment.
Demonstrated success in managing commercial, industrial and retail leases and space planning is essential.
Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills are required.
Experience in developing and managing budgets is necessary.
Understanding of WHS legislation, sustainability practices, and risk management in a facilities context is crucial.
Experience in sustainability and environmental planning principles is desirable.
