In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering critical support to Fleet Maintenance operations, this role will see you maintain the accuracy and integrity of operational systems, streamline processes, and contribute to efficient material and logistics management. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely dispatch of materials, accurate reporting, and compliance with safety and data standards.
You will leverage your SAP expertise to build efficiencies in stock integrity, service delivery, and reporting accuracy in a dynamic and fast-paced rail maintenance environment. You would help by revieeing and analysing the parts movement, measure performnace and enhance efficiencies. This role offers teh flexibility of being able to work from any of our site offices in Auburn, Flemington or Eveleigh or a few other options can be discussed on a case to case basis.

About you
Your attention to detail, resilience, and collaborative mindset, formed across supply chain, warehousing, or administrative support roles, will see you excel in managing complex data inputs, overcoming operational challenges, and bringing process improvements that lead to reliable service outcomes.
You're recognised as a technically capable and adaptable professional, skilled at navigating SAP transactions, preparing performance reports, and liaising with stakeholders. Experienced in logistics coordination, data analysis, and system compliance, you'll help Sydney Trains keep Sydney moving.
