You’ll play a key role in ensuring logistics operations continue to deliver on our promise of the right stock, in the right place, at the right time – enabling great customer experiences across our network of stores. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead the day-to-day management of our current 3PL logistics partner to ensure continuity, performance, and a smooth transition to our new provider. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across product, category, merchandise, and supply chain Monitoring and improving service levels, identifying risks, and ensuring continuity of supply throughout the change Supporting the new partner to embed best-in-class operational processes Driving continuous improvement and innovation as our supply chain evolves What’s in your toolkit? Extensive experience in a Retail/FMCG 3PL operational environment Experience in 3PL management, supply chain operations, or logistics transition projects Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for improvement and innovation Experience in FMCG or retail supply chains is highly desirable Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes, we still encourage you to apply At 7-Eleven our people are at the heart of everything we do.
