The Opportunity
We are launching a new store in Hastings, combining audiology services with a brand-new optics business. This is a unique opportunity for audiology professionals to step into a leadership role and drive the success of this new business, while delivering affordable hearing care to the community.

* Salary range of A$100,000–A$110,000 plus super (paid fortnightly), plus annual profit (paid quarterly when the business is profitable) and the future value of shares in the business you develop (paid when you retire).
* 5 weeks annual leave plus birthday leave.
* Two free pairs of glasses per year.
Requirements
* Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body (Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology).
* Two years clinical experience post obtaining QP.
* High level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
* Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes.
* A drive to challenge and shape the industry for the better, with a focus on clinical excellence, transparent pricing, and value-for-money products.
