What you'll do:
* Prepare and cut meat products to a high standard
* Maintain freshness, presentation, and stock rotation
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures
* Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
* Keep the department clean, safe, and organised

* Qualified butcher or proven industry experience
* Strong understanding of food safety requirements
* Reliable, team-focused, and customer-driven
* Ability to work early starts and weekends
