About This Role
We're seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to drive sales performance and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance sales outcomes across our product offerings.
* Maintain and nurture high-value relationships with brokers, credit teams, and clients to drive revenue growth.
* Proactively manage a pipeline of opportunities and submitted applications.
* Deliver engaging onboarding experiences for new partners.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role managing relationships with broker networks and individual brokers.
* The ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* An exceptional focus on sales and conversion.
* Excellent communication skills – clear, concise, and professional.
