Norco AgriSolutions has been serving customers since 1948 with 26 retail stores across NSW and QLD, animal nutrition mills and an in‐house commodity trading team. About The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity now available for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised, Store Person / Delivery Driver to join our team on a full‐time permanent basis delivering rural products for our Lismore retail store and Central Hub as required.
This is not your average delivery job. You'll play a hands‐on role in a dynamic, community‐focused store environment - connecting directly with customers, supporting local agriculture, and ensuring smooth, friendly service from warehouse to farm gate.
This role requires availability to work Saturdays as rostered.
Your Day‐to‐day Will Include
* Receiving, unloading, and secure storage of deliveries.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and controlled warehouse environment in full compliance with WHS standards.
* Delivering products safely and reliably to local farms and businesses.
* Navigating rural routes and ensuring accurate, timely deliveries.
* Assisting in all areas of rural retailing, including counter sales, merchandising, warehousing and in‐store operations when not out on the road.
* Providing friendly, solution‐based customer service - at the counter, on the road, and in the yard.
* Helping our customers get what they need, when they need it.

What You'll Bring
* A clean HV driver's licence with a strong safety record (Min MR)
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous experience in a similar warehousing, delivery or rural retail role
* A strong safety mindset and understanding of WHS and traffic laws
* Familiarity with local and rural routes
* Physical capability to safely handle manual tasks
* Strong communication skills and a customer‐first attitude
* Good time management, attention to detail and basic computer skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a small, close‐knit team
* Availability to work Saturdays as part of a rotating roster
